Hello and welcome! My name is Tanya, and I’m a Special Education Non-Attorney Advocate with over six years of experience supporting families and students with disabilities. I bring a deeply personal perspective to this work as the proud parent of a profoundly autistic son and a aunt to a remarkable nephew with ADHD and Tourette Syndrome. Their journeys have shaped my passion for advocacy, inclusion, and equitable education.

I hold a Bachelor's degree and bring over 21 years of professional experience working with government laws and regulations, including specialized expertise in emergency and crisis management. This background gives me a strong foundation in navigating complex systems, understanding policy, and responding effectively under pressure—skills I now use to help families secure the supports their children need and deserve.
