Welcome
The journey in the Special Education arena unfortunately is not easy. I became an advocate when my nephew was struggling & I started helping my sister. It grew from there helping friends with their children. It became a serious passion and focus when my youngest was diagnosed with Autism just before he turned 2.
Services
Intro Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute service to go over the application process with the student's parents and/or guardians. After this initial consultation, I follow up with the family to recommend an appropriate service for their needs.
Records Review and Meeting Prep
An education records review is an in-depth review of the last three (3) years of your child’s education records with recommendations of what needs to be done to help your child. In addition, I will help you prepare for your child's IEP or 504 meeting to ensure that you are ready but would not attend the meeting.
Full Advocacy Services
This service includes a full records review, meeting preparation, communicating with the school district on your behalf, attendance in all IEP/504 meeting.
